Town East Christian School competes with other Christian schools and some public schools in the San Antonio area. Any student in grades 6-12 is eligible to participate in the sport(s) of his choice, provided he maintain passing grades in every subject. All athletes' grades are monitored weekly during the sport's season. Boys compete in six-man tackle football in the fall, basketball in the winter, while track and field and golf are scheduled for the spring.  Girls compete in volleyball in the fall and cheerleading in the winter. Our varsity volleyball girls and varsity football boys were both District Champs for 2006!  TECS is a member of TAPPS.
